Orders:

Have you recieved my order?
After completing the checkout process, you should receive a confirmation email from us within half and hour. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us to confirm the order.

How long until I receive my order?
All items are shipped within 3 days of purchase via Royal Mail. This shipping process takes around 5-7 business days to deliver to UK and Europe and around 2-3 weeks Worldwide.

Where is my order?
If your order is not with you in the stated time, it has most likely just been delayed during transit. Please contact us using our form and we will investigate further.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover payments all through PayPal.

I messed up, something is wrong with my order! What do I do?
No worries! if you have just made the order, quickly complete the form on the Contact Page stating whats wrong and we will change it!

Delivery:

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! If you have an address, we will ship there!

How much is shipping to my country?
The shipping is calculated at checkout, just select your country and click "Update Total".

How do you ship your orders?
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Airmail.


Returns:

I have ordered the wrong size, can I change it?
Sure! We can exchange your order within 14 days of it being made as long as the item/s are in there original sellable condition. Let us know that you want an exchange by filling in the form on our "Returns" page then package up the product/s and post it over the the return address on the delivery label.

Do I have to pay for postage?
Unfortunately yes, if you have ordered the wrong size/item you will have to pay for the postage of shipping the item back to us as well as the new item being shipped to you; for this reason, we advise you to take a good look at the size guide in the products description.

However, if the mistake is on our part, we will of course pay for any additional postage fees charged.

How do I re-pay for postage?
After filling in the form, we will contact you to set up a payment via PayPal.

Anything else I should know?
If the item/s is returned to us in a non resalable condition, we will have to ship it back to you! This is rare but it can happen.


General:

I have done a design I think will suit your brand, can I send it to you? Sure! We love to see the work you have done, send us a mockup to our email and if we like it we may decide to buy it from you!
